| Charlotte, NC/Jan 5-8, 2004 - Brian D'Antonio's route for making Berger Moving & Storage "number one" in office moving is simple. He believes the road to success is paved with training.
"The easy part of the moving business is buying equipment. The hard part is recruiting, hiring, training, and managing the labor. We're committed to training and supervising all of our employees from sales people to entry level movers. Were going to be number one," D'Antonio said.
For the second time in less than five months, Berger called on Trainer Ed Katz of the International Office Moving Institute for a three-day seminar, this time at Berger's Charlotte, NC location.
As Berger's office moving division director of sales and a full participant in both recent training sessions, D'Antonio believes his is a support function to help all branches become successful. He sees a tremendous opportunity in office moving and envisions Berger at the top of the heap.
"Conditions affecting our business are changing and on-going training will help us turn change into opportunity," said DAntonio.
With the number-one spot on the horizon, D'Antonio shifts Berger into the passing lane.

Comments From Attendees
"Thank you . . . for putting up with us . . . three days. I did enjoy your ideas, as well as, your zeal. I will keep an eye out for my diploma and I will work on my handshake!!"
Jackie Chambers
"I have to share with you just how energized I am. I am confident that Berger LA will crush the competition. We will not give away the service and material... instead we will provide a better alternative. I will be the first to admit that I am not the most creative person so having the tools (your quote template, pen light and tape measure, picture book, and the training on how to interact with the prospect, as well as a scientific method of estimating) . . . will lead to success. I am hard at work implementing the changes that will take place in my sales approach, our Customer Service department and of course Operations. Thank you, Ed, for really pouring out your heart and soul and for sharing your years of hard work and wisdom."
